Important Conditions to note:
  • Any packing or postage services are invoiced separately – at cost – we do not add handling fees. We simply want to get your items to you safely and efficiently.
  • All items must be paid for in full before leaving our premises.
  • Freight companies cannot collect items until full payment has been received, and a Courier Pickup Authorisation Form (signed by the buyer) has been returned.

Please note:

  • TruckIt is a facilitator, it is not a transport company itself.
  • You’ll need to assess each courier’s reviews & credentials before accepting a quote once they have provided you a quote. Any issues are to be handled between you and the courier, not with Roadhouse Collectable Auctions.

Small Items – We Can Pack & Post to you – to keep costs down

We’re happy to pack and post smaller items on your behalf:

  • Items will be securely packed and sent via Australia Post or couriers of your chioce
  • A separate invoice will be issued for the postage cost
  • Shipping will only proceed once that invoice is paid in full

To request this service, simply contact us after the auction has finished.

Refer to the times stated in the auction terms or contact us (call/text/email) with your lot number(s) to arrange a convenient time.

Can’t make it during the advised period? No worries – we’ll hold your item securely and organise an alternative pickup day. Just get in touch to schedule pickup or reschedule a missed pickup day.
